Visionary Leadership

For the past 45 years, Eden Housing has revitalized California neighborhoods and improved lives by tailoring each development to the local community, by investing in sustainable practices, and by offering critical services to help residents succeed.

During a time when the affordable housing field is undergoing a seismic shift in its resource environment, Eden is actively influencing housing policy, and providing the leadership and visionary thinking for on-the-ground solutions to sustain the sector long term.

Through collaborations, partnerships, and the creation of new funding tools, Eden is helping to increase California’s inventory of affordable housing—benefiting vulnerable populations—at a critical time in our history.
